Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed daily and monthly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash/credit transactions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including floorset execution
- Process inventory shipments and maintain stockroom organization
- Participate in virtual training sessions for product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive store environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (in-store + remote elements)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid AZ driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Basic math skills for sales reporting and inventory
