Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory control including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and compelling displays
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficient with technology including POS systems and mobile devices
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work 35-40 hours weekly
