Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, identifying their needs and providing tailored product recommendations to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Sales Performance: Actively participate in sales goals and promotional campaigns, maintaining a high conversion rate and upselling strategies.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Transaction Processing: Expertly handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising displays to reflect current trends.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiastic beginners are encouraged to apply.
