Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Assist in training new associates on product knowledge and store procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of Hawaiian culture and tourism industry a plus
