Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, window displays, and signage
- Manage inventory through receiving, stockroom organization, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license if transporting store materials
