- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stocking, displays, and inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while handling returns and exchanges
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
