Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to company standards
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for inventory and visual merchandising
- Reliable transportation to store location
