Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create engaging in-store displays
- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS, inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
