Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations, size assistance, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising according to company standards
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols while maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through upselling and promotional activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
