Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools (all equipment provided)
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Merchandise products and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to the O Street location
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (equipment provided for ergonomic support)
