Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile transactions
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stock rotation
- Contribute to store security by implementing loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse customer demographics
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
