Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Merchandise and visually arrange product displays to drive sales and brand consistency
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational excellence across all departments
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure seamless customer flow
- Actively participate in product training to stay current on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work efficiently in team environments and multitask effectively

- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
