- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and loyalty program targets
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and operational excellence
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work 40 hours/week including peak retail periods
