Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided POS systems and tablets
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer with supplied equipment
- Operate store technology (RF scanners, security systems) provided by company
- Organize and merchandise displays using provided fixtures and tools
- Assist with inventory management using company-provided handheld scanners
- Operate cleaning equipment (provided) to maintain store standards
- Utilize provided communication devices for team coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to operate provided retail technology (POS, tablets, scanners)
- Strong customer service orientation with provided training support
- Basic math skills for cash handling with supplied equipment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays with provided scheduling tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts using provided support equipment
- No retail experience required – all tools provided
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore location
