Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Operate POS systems to process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping experience
- Manage inventory control through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and organized displays
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale technology and inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional inventory transport)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
