Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and trend expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory management
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Drive sales through upselling, loyalty program enrollment, and clienteling initiatives
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in seasonal stock rotations and markdown promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards per company policy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong visual merchandising aptitude and fashion trend awareness
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for potential store transfers)
