- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display updates
- Assist in inventory management through stock counts and shipment processing
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
