Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create appealing displays and optimize product visibility
- Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout all operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Assist with new employee training on store procedures and product information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
