Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create attractive product displays and store layouts
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and cycle counting procedures
- Process returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students welcome
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling offered)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
