Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise, organize sales floor displays, and ensure the store meets visual standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
