Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person consultations and remote digital support
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate inventory records remotely
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance store aesthetics and digital storefronts
- Collaborate with team members via virtual tools to optimize sales operations
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (in-store, phone, email, chat)
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management using hybrid workflows
- Participate in remote training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt between in-person and remote interactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Portland location
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during in-store shifts
