Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack and Jira during overlap hours
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hr typing speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- US work authorization and quiet home office environment
