Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and coordinate remote updates to digital tracking platforms
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) for material handling
- Perform quality checks and document discrepancies using mobile reporting tools
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via video conferences for task prioritization
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement 5S safety standards
- Coordinate shipping/receiving schedules with remote logistics coordinators
- Generate daily performance reports using cloud-based software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to work independently with remote guidance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Basic computer proficiency for digital reporting tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends
