Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest registration, and teardown
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and general attendees
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Utilize remote communication tools for real-time event updates
- Conduct post-event reporting and feedback collection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in remote collaboration software (Slack, Zoom)
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
