- Process cash, card, and mobile transactions using our hybrid POS system with remote oversight capabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-store and virtual support channels
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and daily sales reports
- Assist with inventory management through our cloud-based inventory platform
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly using digital communication tools
- Collaborate with store teams through our integrated scheduling app
- Ensure compliance with security protocols for cash handling and digital transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital payment platforms
