Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate self-checkout stations and assist customers with digital payment options
- Manage returns/exchanges per company policies with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain organized checkout areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail with transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
