Responsibilities
- Process in-store and mobile app transactions with precision using our hybrid POS system
- Deliver exceptional customer service through virtual queue management and in-person assistance
- Operate digital self-checkout stations while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve payment discrepancies and reconcile daily sales reports remotely
- Train on new digital retail tools and assist customers with mobile app features
- Maintain cleanliness of checkout stations and digital kiosks
- Collaborate with remote support team to resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or pursuing)
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or retail
