Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cafe cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Collaborate remotely on inventory management and scheduling
- Train new hires via virtual sessions and in-person shadowing
- Develop seasonal drink recipes and promotional concepts
- Support sustainable practices in daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience with espresso proficiency
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week with hybrid flexibility
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing techniques
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
