Work 2-3 days in-store and 1-2 days remotely managing online orders, virtual tastings, and digital customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Manage digital orders via our mobile app and online platform (remote days)
- Host virtual coffee tasting sessions for remote customers
- Curate and maintain social media coffee content
- Train in-store staff on new brewing methods
- Source and inventory premium coffee beans
- Develop innovative seasonal remote beverage experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee preparation experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and order management software
- Exceptional customer service and virtual communication skills
- Food Handler's Certification (NM)
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Shopify)
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid NM driver's license for local deliveries
