Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve artisanal coffee/espresso beverages with precision and creativity
- Manage online orders and virtual consultations for remote customers
- Maintain pristine cafe hygiene and inventory management systems
- Train new hires on both in-person and digital coffee protocols
- Develop seasonal digital coffee content for social media and newsletters
- Collaborate with remote team on menu innovation and customer feedback
- Process cashless payments and handle POS systems efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience or equivalent coffee certification
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Expertise in espresso extraction and latte art techniques
- Strong digital communication skills (video calls, chat platforms)
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts (hybrid schedule)
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional supply runs
