Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Support inventory management and maintain pristine café cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Participate in remote-friendly administrative tasks (scheduling, inventory tracking)
- Adhere to food safety standards and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year café or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system knowledge and cash handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with hybrid work model (in-store + remote tasks)
