Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using traditional and modern techniques
- Manage digital orders via our mobile app with real-time customer interaction
- Develop virtual coffee tasting experiences for remote clients
- Source and review local coffee bean suppliers remotely
- Contribute to digital content creation (social media, blogs)
- Train customers on home brewing methods via video sessions
- Collaborate with in-store team on inventory and scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Proficiency with digital ordering platforms
- Exceptional remote communication skills
- Familiarity with Seattle's coffee culture
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
