Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions for product/service concerns
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer challenges
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for remote support workflows
- Urgently address escalated issues and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM platforms)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekend shifts
