- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts.

- Collaborate with the morning operations team to ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Identify trends in client issues and provide feedback to improve product features and documentation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote or in-office).
