- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM CST)
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain satisfaction scores
- Update customer profiles and document interactions accurately in our database
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings for process improvements
Qualifications
