Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cashier or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital payment systems (Square, Stripe, etc.)
- High-speed typing (60+ WPM) and data entry accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
