Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages via our virtual brewing system
- Engage with customers via video consultations and digital orders
- Manage online inventory and quality control of home brewing equipment
- Participate in virtual tastings and product training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness of remote brewing stations
- Contribute to digital menu innovation and recipe development
- Support in-store operations during peak hours (optional)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Home brewing setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Proficiency in video conferencing and order management platforms
- Seattle-based with ability to attend occasional in-store shifts
- Food Handler's Permit (WA State)
