Job Description
Join NeuroTech Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction as we pioneer next-generation interfaces for 2026. We seek a visionary Quantum UX Researcher to decode neural patterns and design intuitive experiences that bridge consciousness and digital realms. This role combines neuroscience, AI ethics, and cutting-edge prototyping to redefine how humans interact with technology.
Our Austin hub houses a 40,000 sq ft neuro-research facility with quantum computing clusters and immersive VR labs. You'll collaborate with neuroscientists, AI architects, and futurist designers to create interfaces that anticipate needs before users articulate them.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neural pattern studies using quantum EEG sensors and biometric feedback systems
- Develop predictive UX frameworks for 2026's neural-computing interfaces
- Create immersive prototype simulations using quantum VR environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops with AI developers and neuroscientists
- Document cognitive interaction patterns for next-gen accessibility standards
- Present research findings to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years with neural interface technologies (BCI, EEG, fNIRS)
- Expertise in quantum computing principles applied to UX research
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published work in neuro-ergonomics or predictive human behavior modeling
- Experience with FDA-regulated neurotech development processes
- Deep understanding of 2026's emerging tech landscape (neuromorphic chips, synthetic cognition)
