- Create fault-tolerant quantum memory systems with 99.99% reliability
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum security standards compliant with NIST 2.0 framework
- Develop predictive maintenance protocols for quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and scalability challenges
