Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale operations
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical supercomputing systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen data networks
- Research and implement quantum machine learning algorithms
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier tech conferences
- Strong background in distributed systems and network architecture
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
