Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experiments on our cryogenic quantum processors
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Publish in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $1M+ in government grants and corporate partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in our quantum incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum hardware/software development
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with low-temperature quantum systems
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical applications
