Responsibilities

- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware performance metrics
- Secure and manage quantum data encryption protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and HPC frameworks
- Ability to secure DoD/NASA-level quantum research clearances
