Responsibilities

- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction mechanisms
- Translate quantum research into patentable system innovations
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish industry standards for quantum-computing-as-a-service platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Experience leading high-stakes R&D projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and opportunities
