- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and publish in top-tier journals
- Advocate quantum computing standards through IEEE and ISO committees
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
