Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Create cryptographic protocols resistant to quantum attacks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware components
- Research cutting-edge qubit technologies (topological, photonic, ion-trap)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years in quantum computing R&D or high-performance architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or hardware design
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
