Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Research emerging quantum hardware advancements (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum policy standards
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones and NISQ limitations
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
