Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid AI systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (e.g., IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum AI optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough research)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
