Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs (1-4 dogs per group) across designated Chicago routes
- Administer medication and special care instructions as documented by pet parents
- Maintain detailed digital logs of pet behavior, health observations, and activity
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their owners through consistent communication
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and terrain while ensuring pet safety and comfort
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand pet care knowledge and skills

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily in various weather conditions
- Strong observational skills and attention to pet body language and needs
- Excellent time management and punctuality for scheduled walks
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling, reporting, and client communication
