Responsibilities
- Provide premium dog walking services to 4-6 dogs per group in designated Plano neighborhoods
- Monitor canine behavior and health during walks, documenting observations in our mobile app
- Administer basic pet first aid and emergency protocols as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Transport pets in climate-controlled vehicles with secure, multi-dog systems
- Manage digital scheduling and client requests via our proprietary platform
- Maintain pristine equipment and adhere to strict safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional dog walking or pet care experience with references
- Current pet first/CPR certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (or reliable transportation)
- Exceptional knowledge of canine behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to manage multiple dogs simultaneously with calm authority
- Strong time management and GPS navigation skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
- Background check clearance required
