Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at high-profile events including concerts, corporate retreats, and luxury activations
- Manage VIP access, credentialing, and priority seating protocols
- Execute event setups, breakdowns, and venue compliance checks
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and maintain brand standards
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols during peak attendance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of premium event staffing or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
